      <image:title>About Me - Amanda Flowers is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) who works with the whole family system, including individuals, parents, siblings, and couples. Her approach is grounded in systems thinking and focuses on helping clients communicate more clearly, set sustainable boundaries, and respond to challenges with greater intention. Amanda's work includes supporting families navigating: Parenting stressors that can arise from everyday challenges or behavioral concerns The pressures that can accompany high achievement in academics, athletics, and professional life Communication patterns which can lead to strained relationships ADHD coping skills for individuals, adapted to whether they are treating with or without medication When appropriate, her work can extend beyond the therapy room to advocate through collaboration with schools, tutors, coaches, and other members of the support system. Amanda brings a holistic perspective shaped by clinical training, experience in finance, and her own journey as a parent. Her credentials include: Gottman Level Two training DONA postpartum training Conscious Discipline training Coursework in child nutrition and organizational analysis from Stanford University These diverse experiences allow Amanda to walk alongside families and individuals with both expertise and empathy. She brings practical strategies to each session, meeting people where they are and helping them build the emotional regulation, communication, and confidence to navigate what comes next. When she’s not in session, Amanda enjoys reading, photography, and exploring the outdoors with her family. Amanda also offers educational and coaching services that are distinct from psychotherapy.</image:title>
